Chef Fudge marries delicious foods from the south with French Classics and some Latin heat to tantalize your taste buds and keep you coming back for more.  So when people ask her what her specialty is, she replies “bringing pleasure to your palate.”

Sandwiches

Spicy Chicken Sandwich: Chicken, roasted red peppers, mozzarella cheese, ancho pepper spread
Chicken Caesar: Chicken, lettuce, roasted peppers, chopped olives and parmesan cheese
BBQ Chicken: Chicken, BBQ sauce, cheese, and lettuce
Crab Cake: Lump crab meat seasoned with Dijon and lightly breaded baked to perfection and served with a remoulade sauce
Chicken Cutlet: Breaded chicken breast with carmelized onions, creole aioli, mixed greens on a Bastone
Roast Beef: Roast beef, basil, arugula, spicy tomato chutney on a whole wheat Bastone
Steak and Cheese: Roasted steak with fried onions, your choice of cheese and a spicy barbeque sauce
Turkey and cheese: lettuce, cheddar cheese, spices, tomato
Tuna: Tuna, spices, mayo, lettuce, cheese and tomato
Eggplant: Mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, lettuce, balsamic reduction in between two breaded slices of egg plant.

Entrees

Lasagna: Three cheese lasagna with spinach and carrots and a spicy tomato sauce
Chicken Marsala: Sautéed chicken and herbs in a wine sauce served with linguini
Chicken Murphy: Hot and sweet peppers, sautéed onions and a brown sauce
Sausage and Peppers: Green peppers, carmelized onions, herbs served over linguini
Herb rubbed chicken: Baked chicken served with au jus over rice and a butternut squash and mushroom hash
Braised short ribs: Served in a mild barbeque sauce
Chicken in a Curry Sauce: Stewed chicken seasoned with curry and herbs and a little cayenne to spice it up, served over rice
Baked Chicken Barbeque: Our own spicy barbeque marinade and sauce served with macaroni and cheese
Stir Fry Steak: Tender slices of steak stir fried with onions and peppers and served with a brown gravy, baked potato and the vegetable of the day
