About Us

40 Dreams Catering represents the awakening of a journey for Chef Fudge. Her passion for food was birthed at a young age and although she initially pusued a corporate career, she has realized her goal as a chef/owner with 40 Dreams.

Chef Fudge has been having a blast ever since. She competes for the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the American Culinary Federation and has won several medals at state and regional competitions. She is not only a cook but an awesome baker as well. She loves pleasing people through delicious food and a wonderful and relaxing catering experience.

40 Dreams Cares

Chef Fudge has always been tied to the community and once worked with homeless families, at-risk youth, and women who were exiting the welfare system. In an effort to continue to give back, she has developed the 40 Dreams Cares program.

40 Dreams Cares is designed to give a portion of proceeds to a charity on a quarterly basis. She collects charities that her clients support and she randomly chooses one of those charities and makes a donation on behalf of her client and 40 Dreams. Once a year, she also donates funds to the Lupus Foundation of America. She is dedicated to spreading the word about Lupus. A disease that almost took the life of her mother, and has taken the lives of women and men in every walk of life.
